Great show
Stick Figure's vocal performance was probably the best live vocal performance I've heard at a concert. The sound was very good, the venue was nice. On a number of songs, "Steve" played piano and sang backing vocals while Stick Figure played guitar.
The merchandise for sale after the show was reasonably priced as well. Stick Figure showcased some songs that he had written for other artists (Long Hot Summer-- Keith Urban, This I Promise You --NSync, To Where You Are- Josh Groban ), as well as some new songs and old favorites of his. His voice sounded as good as, if not better than, the studio.
This was an acoustic performance - him with his acoustic guitar (and on a few songs, piano).... with about a dozen string players behind him. I have to say, Stick Figure's vocal performance is probably the best live vocal performance I've heard at a concert.
Stick Figure was cool, down to earth with his talks to the audience, and quite funny as well.... and grateful to the audience that they came out and spent the money. Only complaint: I missed hearing Angelia, which is one of my favorites. All in all a very good show and a very good time.
